Seniors can join Ula Naszynska from Ula’s Active Rehabilitation to talk about losing physical independence due to aging. Join the talking circle and discuss the changes of health, loss of independence and burdens of care (independent living, assisted care) for yourself and loved ones.

Time: two dates Oct. 28 at 1:30 p.m. and Nov. 26 at 2 p.m.

Location: Fix, Main St. Slave Lake

Cost: free, coffee included.
