Free mental health and addiction education workshops. Facilitator is out of the AHS Mental Health and Addictions office. People can attend one or all three. The topics are Understanding the Nature of Addictions (June 7), Maintaining Healthy Relationships (June 14), and Managing Difficult Emotions (June 21).

Times: June 7, June 14, and June 21 from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
