Come compete in our public competition! The gym will be open to the public February 8th and 15th from 11:00am to 1:00pm AND February 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and the 17th from 6:00pm to 7:00pm for the competition. There are two options to choose from or you can compete in both. The choices are: #1 7 Minutes to complete as many burpee’s as possible #2 1 Rep Max Deadlift.

$10 each & proceeds will go to the winner’s charity of choice
