Slave Lake, Alberta – For the first time in several years, Community Futures Lesser Slave Lake, The Slave Lake & District Chamber of Commerce, The Town of Slave Lake, and The Alberta Ministry of Labour and Immigration have formed a Labour Market partnership as a means to bring three major events to the Slave Lake area.

For the third event, there will be three sessions of an up skilling workshop, led by customer service expert, Brenda Robinson. These workshops will be available on site at the Town of Slave Lake council chambers on June 11 and 12 for businesses who employ customer service staff, people currently working in customer service and/or those wanting a successful future in customer service. The workshops will be staggered throughout the days so that those working shifts can likely attend one of them. The cost is $5 per person to attend which will include snacks during training. Pre registration is required.

Further details of each event is available on the myslavelake.com website and will be advertised in the community in upcoming weeks.
