Slave Lake Terry Fox Run is raising money for cancer research. Slave Lake has held a run for around 37 years. 

Time: Sunday, Sept. 18 Registration starts at 12:15 p.m. and the run starts at 1 p.m.

Location: the race starts and ends Schurter Park in Slave Lake

Donations up to the individual, people are encouraged to gather sponsors.
