Location: Voting is in the Town of Slave Lake council chambers, 10 Main Street, Slave Lake.

Voter eligibility: Voters must be Canadian citizens who are 18 years and older who live in Slave Lake. Voters must provide a government issued piece of photo identification with a physical address or government photo ID with proof of physical address, including utility bills.
