Slave Lake has free Volunteer Income Tax Clinics in March and April. Volunteers help seniors and low-income people fill out their tax returns. No appointment necessary. Walk-ins only.

Times: 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from March 1 to April 28.

Location: Multi Rec Centre, Slave Lake

Cost: free.
