Christmas Light-Up at the Park in Smith . The Smith Community Association, has hayrides (4 to 5 p.m.) Starting at 5 p.m., there is a free Rugged-and-Real Community Supper hosted by the M.D. of Lesser Slave River.

Time: Friday, Nov. 25 from 4 to 5 p.m. (hayrides from Smith Community Complex to JFS Park. 5 p.m. (free supper)

Location: Smith Community Complex and JFW (Junior Forest Wardens) Park

Cost: free.

Deadline to pick up free supper tickets is Nov. 18. These are at the M.D. offices in Slave Lake and Flatbush.
