Spectators at Smith got quite a treat last week on July 12, when 13 voyageur canoes, carrying around 130 people showed up. The canoe trip, from Whitecourt to Athabasca, is called the 2023 Fort Assiniboine Bicentennial Voyageur Canoe Brigade.
