Students at Lakeside Outreach School in Slave Lake have been getting creative. Here’s some of the art Lakeside’s Grades 10 to 12 made in the 2021-22 school year.

Angel Mergle made this piece called Emotional Pain. It includes a quote by Steve Aitcheison “Emotional Pain is not something that should be hidden away and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain. There is growth in your pain, but only if it is brought out into the open.”
Mary Maskow made two zebras. The one with black marker and the other out of black marker and watercolour.
Karille Uminga painted this woman with a bird in her head, with the exhortation to ‘Live life to the fullest.’
