The contractor doing the re-surfacing job on the Hilda Eben Park tennis courts in Slave Lake showed up last week and got down to business. The first thing was pressure washing the surface, along with removing the crack sealant. According to the Town of Slave Lake, those cracks will be re-sealed, and a new coat of whatever tennis courts are covered with applied. Once that’s done, the lines for the new courts will be put down. What’s different this time around is pickleball courts will be included. Pictured is the pressure-washing machine, upside down and venting water, which the breeze was blowing away.
